The house can accommodate 12 people, distributed in 5 rooms: four double rooms and one quadruple room. As common areas it has an open space living room dining room kitchen on the ground floor and a games room on the first floor. It has two full bathrooms, one on each floor and a toilet in the backyard. It is equipped with ceiling fans in all rooms and common spaces for summer and radiators for winter.
