Alaro has a lot to offer from beautiful mountains, great cycling roads to restaurants, bars and cafes. Built in 1900, the village house has been completely renovated with great attention to detail. It offers two large double bedrooms with comfortable big beds and 1 bathroom with elaborate ceramic painting on the wall, which reflects the Mallorcan life. All rooms in the house are equipped with air conditioning for hot summer nights and heating in the winter that include radiators as well as a wood burner. Simple natural colours combined with dark or colourful accents can be found throughout the house that reflect a beautiful, tranquil Moroccan style, blending in with the Mallorquin traditional elements. The house offers tranquillity and wonderful views of Alaró and the valley. Eating, playing, reading or planning next activities: everything is possible in this place, always with a view directed outside, through the large open door. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including dishwasher, toaster, kettle for your morning tea and a Nespresso machine. We also provide a few kitchen basics to make your stay more enjoyable. Please beware that Alaro streets are very narrow and more suitable for smaller rental cars. There is only street parking available. Although it is not a must, we strongly recommend renting a car when staying in Alaro. Alaro is centrally located and with a car you visit many beautiful places on the island. Mallorca offers many wonderful places to explore, so if you want to discover them in an easy way, a car is the best option. Please beware that roads are very narrow so when possible we recommend renting a smaller car. If you are planning on renting a car- we highly recommend booking it far in advance to get a good price. June - August are the most popular and the most expensive months for car rental if you book at last minute. We suggest booking directly from the car rental website- NOT a broker or an airline website. It often happens that insurance quoted by the third party is not recognised by the rental company and they will ask you to pay for it again. There are many car rental companies located directly at arrivals like Europecar, Sixt, Hertz, Avis, Goldcar, or Record Go. Or companies outside the airport - 5 minutes by bus shuttle like OK Rentals, Centauro, Hiper Rent a car. We highly recommend following 2 main rules when renting a car in Mallorca: 1. Take a FULL car insurance as roads are narrow and cars get scratched and bumped wherever you park. This was you will get protected no matter what happens. 2. Take a FULL TO FULL fuel policy. This means you collect the car with a full tank and drop it off with a full tank. Otherwise they will charge you a lot of money for filling up the tank. We have a petrol station in Alaro with very reasonable prices which you can use on the way to the airport. Check in time: 4pm – 8pm Late check in (8pm – 8am) – fee of 30 Euros to be paid by guests to Hunt4Bliss directly on/or prior to arrival. COVID POLICY All guests prior to arrival are required to sign Covid Declaration which will be provided via direct email by the Property Manager before their arrival. They will also receive Covid Policy issued by Hunt4Bliss - roperty management company that looks after the property and guests. In the property guests will find a copy of the document and a House Book with rental regulations, recommendations for Alaro and other places in Mallorca, list of exciting activities and places to visit as well as contact details for emergency services in Alaro and nearby. Emergency Assistance (8am – 8pm) If it’s a property related emergency after 8pm, please do not hesitate to contact us immediately. Out of Hours Emergency Assistance (8pm-8am) Property related issue – no charge to guests NON property related issue - fee of 30 Euros per hour to be paid by guests directly to Hunt4Bliss after the issue has been resolved. Lost keys to the property – the penalty fee of 100 Euros per set will be deducted from the incidental deposit. Recycling There is a strict recycling policy in Alaro. Waste not correctly separated will not be collected from the street and a fine will be given to the property owner which will be deducted from Guests incidental deposit. All items must be separated according with the instructions provided in the House Book. If bags left in the property are not properly separated – guests will be charged 15 Euros per bag which will be deducted from their incidental deposit.
