The apartment is in very prestige location in location of Garzola, towards Brunate. You can eat, drink and relax and reading over the city of Como (5 min bus or 15 min walk) with a fantastic view of the lake. The sun lights the house all the day one bedroom with two single beds and a king size bed. a large dining and living room fully furnished , a little but very functional bathroom and a large balcony from where you can see a wonderful landscape of the ctiy and the lake. By BUS you will be in the center of the city and in front of the lake in 7/9 minutes and at the railway station of Como S.Giovanni in 15 minutes. Important notice = after 9/9,30 P.m. usually the bus stops to run. There is not problem for parking the car. The Guests can park it for free very close to the house (the Street is without trafic and exit) or at 150 mt from the house in the free parking of the Church where there is the bus stop.
