Situated in a very nice residential area with surrounding woodlands and nice views over the country side approx 3 miles from Plymouth City Also features a shared with landlord kitchen, washing machine,cooker,fridge freezer,microwave if you want to self cater etc, lounge with large screen tv etc, central heating throughout and also gas fire for colder evenings. Bathroom and toilet with bath and shower facilities ( no on suite ) A Light help yourself Breakfast is provided ie :- cereals/milk, juice, toast marmalade jam etc tea/coffee.
