Garden View - Self Contained Guest Suite in Devon

If you are looking for a peaceful getaway for two in Devon, then our newly created Garden View guest space at the side of our home, is the place for you. Private and fully self contained. Guests have their own private entrance to a conservatory lounge, double bedroom, shower room and kitchenette. There is also a private seating area outside which overlooks the garden and guest parking on the drive, Completely tucked away but a short drive from everything you need! A guest who stayed in our space recently said there wasn't a single thing she could think of that wasn't provided in our guest suite to make her stay more pleasant. Music to my ears. This is exactly how we wanted our guests to feel on their visit. ♥️ There is private parking right outside the Garden View space for guests. It is an unadopted lane that leads to our property so cars with lowered suspension or spoilers may struggle to navigate the lane. Normal height cars and high riding vehicles won't have a problem if they take it slow. I know when I travel, I don't necessarily always want to hold conversations with the host of a property, so I bear this in mind when I am hosting for others. We live on site and as such are here a lot of the time to answer any questions or sort out any issues if they arise. If we are not going to be in when you arrive, we will organise a self check in system whereby your key will be left in a keysafe outside the property so that you can gain access without us. Our property is at the end of a quiet lane. There are no street lights which means on a clear night, the stars look beautiful. We have lots of trees around the property which are homes for lots of different birds, sometimes the only sound you hear is birdsong! We are quite tucked away, although there is a country bus that passes the end of our lane. There is also a major bus route from the main road which is 10 minutes walk from us where you can get buses to Exeter and Totnes. It is a 5 minute drive from Asda supermarket and the town centre or a 20 minute walk. There is also a beautiful park on the route into town with a river running through it where you can safely exercise your dog with parking, tennis courts, toilets and a coffee vendor.
