BayView Sanctuary

This private, garden level studio has a queen-size bed, full bathroom, heat, AC, WiFi, TV, microwave, mini-fridge and we do provide coffee and a coffee maker, and 1 parking space. It's located directly across the street from Humboldt Park in Bayview. The apartment is in the basement of a lanon stone duplex, the studio has a window. It's brand new & so is the oversized soaking tub. My place is excellent for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. It's clean and comfortable and an excellent value. Guests use the main entrance to access their own studio apartment on the lower level. They have their own locked entrance to the lower studio apartment with its own private full bath. They have access to a shared outdoor patio. I am available to my guests via phone or messaging. I'm happy to help guests find restaurants, shops, bars and sites that suit their taste and interests. If a guest wanted to meet up to go over their plans- Id be happy to oblige if our schedules allowed. Bayview is just south of downtown Milwaukee. Its well known for amazing restaurants, bars and unique shops. Come explore Milwaukee's trendy, fun and friendly neighborhood alongside Lake Michigan. Very close to all of Bay View's shops, restaurants, bars and parks. Catching a bus or uber to the Third Ward, downtown, or Brady Street is a breeze. The studio is located Midway along the route of the Green Line bus from airport to downtown. There are two other units in the building. Tenants are quiet and we rarely cross paths. Both tenants have dogs. They are friendly. Chances are you won't see them-but we wanted you to know there are furry friends in the building and you may hear them greeting you on your way in.
