This Ohana property is arguably our best yet, as soon as you walk through the door you'll know why Brand new home with the most amazing amenities. One of a kind experiences at this Ohana property, try asking Alexa to turn lights on and off, or even colours. Get some meat and cook together on the BBQ table. Then relax in the spa. Guests have access to everything. Nothing is shared with anyone else. We are always contactable. Our caretakers can help with anything! Brockworth place is one of the best locations in Christchurch, central but not crazy like the city centre. Easy public transport available. Nearly everything is walking distance. There is one free parking spot, there is also plenty of street parking. There is an EV charger available for FREE. Our strict rules: No loud noise outside after 10:00 pm. We are in a residential area, we have asked our neighbours to let us know about the noise, if you don't think you can honour this, we ask you not to book. Sorry! Due to neighbour complains we have to close the spa at 10pm. Please use it as much as you like until 10pm. No parties, any gathering without prior approval will result in an immediate cancellation, with no refund. Checkout is 10am. If you need a late checkout you must request is 24 hours beforehand. No animals. No smoking inside - any smoking or animals inside will result in a $200 extra cleaning fee. The house must be left in a reasonable state. Any extra cleaning required will be charged to you in full, at a rate of $60 per hour. Any damage, spills, or stain must be reported, if needed you may be charged for cost of replacement or cleaning. Please note there are Amazon Alexa devices in this property, and there is a video doorbell on the front door. Also a Minut decibel reader outside.
