(PLEASE NOTE: If booking for 4-8 guests confirm if the below bed setup is suitable before committing to stay) - Bed linen and towels supplied. - Main bedroom features queen bed with electric blanket, ensuite (shower, toilet and sink), ceiling fan and built in wardrobes. - Second room includes queen bed, ceiling fan and built in wardrobes. - Third room includes queen bed, built in wardrobes and portable fan. - Family room has 6 seater L-shaped couch, sleeps 1 or 2 adults or 2 kids. (need to supply own linen/pillows if using couch to sleep) - There are also 2 single floor mattresses (need to supply own linen/pillows if using floor mattress) - Total setup may accommodate up-to 10 guests (this includes 2 guests on each queen, 2 kids on couch and use of floor mattresses) Family room includes lounge couches, 1 single recliner, 1 double recliner and a large 6 seater L-shaped couch. HD TV with connected google chromecast, smart bluray player with streaming applications, Amazon Fire TV Stick Lite with Alexa Remote, ceiling fan and powerful split aircon/heater. Fast unlimited Wi-Fi to make sure you always have internet access! Guest account access to (Prime video, Netflix and Disney+) on Family room FireTV (*if accounts haven't been signed out by previous tenants). Kitchen includes essentials. Dishwasher, microwave, oven, toaster, cooktop and fridge/freezer with filtered water and ice dispenser. Cutlery, pans, pots, etc also available. 6 seater dining table can be extended to seat 8. Main bathroom includes shower with assisted railings, bathtub, sink and heated towel rack. Main toilet is separate. Laundry has a washing machine, sink, vacuum etc. Large outdoor area is mostly undercover for all year comfort and large open backyard space.
