This is a cool beach house 30 metres from the beautiful white sand beach with its own private gate onto the walkway. It has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate 10 people. It has a great outdoor spa for great evenings under the stars. 200 metres to café and well equipped grocery shop. There is a golf course walking distance away as well as a wharf and sheltered estuary. Within a few minutes drive are restaurants, bars and a variety of wineries, craft shops and galleries. Omaha is one hour drive from downtown Auckland. It is a beautiful white sand beach and estuary. Perfect for swimming and surfing I will always ber in Auckland or in the area There is a wide variety of games, books etc in the Bach. Has boogie boards, kids wetsuits, snorkelling gear all available to use. Please note. The cleaning is done by a local lady. Please leave $80 cleaning fee in cash for her, and call her.
