Charming house close to city centre

Rent our beautiful home with a great location. The house is located a few minutes from the subway that takes you to the heart of Stockholm in just 15 min, it is also walking distance to the areans Tele2 and Ericsson Globe. Stockholms mässan is easy to access with car or public transportation. Our beautiful house is perfect for a family or group. It has 6 beds for adults but it is possible to put in extra beds or sleep on the sofa (we take an extra fee on 50 USD per person for party over 6). The house is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. If you bring kids you can enjoy our toys and playful garden with a big trampoline among other things. On a sunny day you can enjoy your meals on that balcony or in the garden. You will dispose the full house and we will not be around but can be reached at all time by phone or e-mail. We are happy to help you with questions before and during your stay. The house is located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. A couple of minuts walk away you will find a playground and a big grocery store (ica maxi) that is open every day between 8-22. Within walking distens you can find the event arenas Ericsson globe and tele2 and also a shopping mall. A couple of minuts walk away there is a subway and bus station (Svedmyra) and you will get to the old town in 15 minutes and the Stockholm fair in just 10 minutes. The Ericsson Globe and Tele2 arena is a 15 minute walk from the house. If you come by car you can park it on site or on the street for free. With car you get to Stockholm city in 10 minutes. The house is equipped with code lock that makes your stay easer since you don't have to handle keys.
