Peaceful atmosphere with lovely rural views. Seasonal pool. Close to Clevedon Village (3.8kms). We have 3 mountain bikes for guests to use. Well set up for young families with own entrance, lounge area and bathroom. Jug, toaster and small fridge available for exclusive guest use. Close to beaches, bush walks and three Regional Parks. 40 minutes from Auckland Airport. Windross golf course, Bruce Pullman sports centre and "Kauri Bay Boomrock" function centre are all ten minutes away. This is a comfortable family house in a rural setting. A Queen bed is in one room, and there are two single beds, in two other rooms. The rooms are comfortable and cosy, with a lovely peaceful rural outlook. All rooms have had new drapes with double lining fitted during September (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) A private lounge area is available for guest use (own entry ) which also has a double futon in it. Space is also available for tents and campervans, for the "additional guest" rate. Continental breakfast (cereal, toast, tea and coffee) is provided, as well as a jug, toaster and small fridge for exclusive guest use. Basic toiletries are also provided. The guest bathroom has been totally renovated with new shower, toilet, bath and fittings during Septemb (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) c mountain bikes are available for guest use. Guests will have private end of house, including private bathroom and lounge. Access is up the side path and into sliding door which opens into guest lounge. A kitchen and laundry shared with the hosts will be available for use on request; however, there are excellent cafes and takeaways just up the road. Hosts will usually be on site and available to help. Happy to interact with guests if wished, but also happy to leave in peace. Clevedon is a peaceful rural escape, approx. 40 minutes from Auckland City. The property is on the Te Araroa trail, and is close to the start (or end) of the Wairoa River track to Hunua. It is 3.8km to Clevedon Village, where there is a great Farmers Market (Sundays), cafes and boutique shops. Great beaches (Maraetai, Kawakawa Bay) and Regional Parks (Duders, Omana and Waitawa) are only (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) min drive away. The beautiful "Kauri Bay Boomrock" function centre is only 10 minutes away. There is no public transport in Clevedon, so guests will need own transport. The nearest train and bus stations are in Papakura which is 10 minutes away. Great roads for cycling and there are two regional parks nearby which are great for walking and biking. We are on the Te Araroa trail which is a New Zealand walk which covers the whole country. We have heaps of room for parking. We are willing to take and pick up guests from events for a fee. This is a farm environment with livestock and farm activities being carried out, so children will need to be supervised at all times outdoors. The pool is fenced but adult supervision is required at all times.
