The house is in a quiet place in the resort Prainha and it is located just 4 minutes walking distance to the beach. Where you can discover the typical rocky coast of Algarve. Fond Villa is very comfortable with a cosy and beautiful decoration. It is very well equipped with anything you could need. All the rooms in the house are spacious and full of light. The house has a beautiful private garden, pool and terrace. And private parking slots. In front of the house you have a clear view to a garden, And, most importantly, you will find it a kid friendly space - like the possibility to request a special fence around the private pool for safety purposes, a high chair or travel cot. The house is just 4 minutes walking distance to the beach. And if you feel the will to take a ride to Alvor village or anywhere you want, you can go by bike. Fond Villa belongs to the Prainha resort. For instance, 3 outdoor pools for adults and 2 outdoor pools for children and an indoor pool; the Atlantic seawater pool over the cliff with breathtaking views over the ocean; the elevator built in the rocks( unique in algarve), that gives you accesss to the Prainha beach; 4 restaurants with dinners speciality and high quality; tennis court, futsal field, health club and supermarket. The surround area is calm although is close to some of the best golf courses in the region and only 2 km away from the old fishing village Alvor and from Praia da Rocha, two different places but famous by their restaurants, handicraft bustling life and, of course by their natural beauty. You can take a bus, taxi or bicycle (you can request us these). But here you are very close to the main things. The house has a private pool and is so close to the beach and bigger pools, gardens, breath taking views, etc, etc that you can reach it all easily by walking easily. You also have a supermaket for daily shopping in 2 minutes walking distance. Supermarket in the center of the village. Italian restaurant (with take away service) in the center of the village. A bar near by the main pool and also another restaurant/bar (called Caniço, with traditional portuguese and a european kicthen food, among other offers) in the middle of the rocks, in the beach.
