Your holiday house is situated at 4 km from Roselle Terme in the country side in the near of Grosseto. The accommodation consists in totally 3 independent buildings which are not connected one to the other and therefor is suitable for groups of friends who want to pass their holiday together maintaining their privacy. At the guests' disposal a private garden with a large swimming pool, 2 barbecues, large relax areas and a playfield for beach volley/beach tennis where you can relax after your excursions into the country-side or to the sea. The house owner lives inside the property, in an independent house, adjacent to the holiday accommodation. The property is situated in the heart of the Maremma at 4 km from Braccagni, 10 km from Grosseto (various shops, supermarket, restaurants), 15 km from the beautiful beaches of Marina di Grosseto and 25 km from the characteristic village of Castiglione della Pescaia, a well-known seaside resort with sandy beaches, a small touristic harbour, a nice promenade and the small, historical center. Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 10.00 per person or bring their own. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within 3 weeks after check-out. Up to 1 pet is allowed.
