Penyrorsedd is a working farm and we are located on the west coast of Anglesey, within easy reach of the Ferry Port to Ireland, ideally located close to the Anglesey Coastal Footpath for a relaxing nights stopover. A homely atmosphere is assured at this charming 18th century farmhouse where Joyce and Emlyn will give you a warm and distinctively welsh welcome, with a refreshing pot of tea and homemade cake on arrival. Our recently upgraded bedrooms are furnished to the highest standards. We have a double and a twin en-suite shower room (please specify which you would prefer at time of booking). All have central heating, colour TV / DVD, clock/radio, hairdryer, complimentary tea and coffee making facilities, and shower gel/shampoo. *New Studio annex also available from 2017 - Sleeps 2. Enjoy our scrumptious welsh farmhouse breakfast, we cater for all tastes! It is a real feast, using only the finest local produce, buying from our local butcher who makes his own prize winning sausages and cures his own bacon, and of course using our own free range eggs fresh from the farm. Guests are also welcome to relax in the gardens surrounding the house. The farmhouse benefits from free Wi-Fi throughout the property for the use of our guests, enabling our clients to collect their emails and stay in touch with the real world! Guests also have access to their own lounge. I am more than happy to help with your itinery so that you can make the most of your short stay in this beautiful part of the world. We are peacefully situated on the outskirts of Llanfachraeth village on the west coast of the island of Anglesey. Set in 360 acres, it is a working farm, mainly beef and sheep with ample parking, paddock and stabling available for horses/pets in the summer. Sorry no pets in house. Penyrorsedd Farm is situated 3 miles from our beautiful coastline . It is in an ideal location for Coastal Walks, Bird Watching at South Stack, Golf, Horse Riding, both Lake and Sea fishing as well as exploring the islands many attractions. There is a bus route within easy reach. We are situated 10 mins from the Ferry terminal to Ireland. 40 mins drive from Zip World Penrhyn Quarry - The fastest Zip Line in the World! Want to tackle the highest Mountain in Wales? The Summit of Snowdon is within 45 mins drive. Being on a farm, we have plenty of parking space if you are traveling with a trailer, boat, bikes or kayaks - please just ask when booking! We also offer stabling / grazing for those wishing to bring their horses to Anglesey.
