Totally refurbished with brand new kitchen, flooring and carpets with all mod cons. A home from home that is uncluttered, light and warm. With a good shower and comfortable beds. It couldn’t be more convenient for walking into town and for supermarkets. We have both Sainsbury’s and Waitrose. Excellent coffee shops and take away options. It’s not only central but very quiet and has off road parking for two cars. Neighbours are lovely and quiet too. It’s a little gem of a place. Netflix & iPlayer. You will love it if you like the convenience of central town but also like peace and quiet. The surrounding countryside is stunning with fabulous walks. There’s some great walks round town too and both the new and old Sherborne castles are worth a look. Access to front and back of property. The alley way to the back of the property is on the right. Go through alleyway and open gate on the left for rear access and bins I am more than happy to help you any way I can. I can advise on walks and restaurants. If you need anything please do not hesitate to ask. Close to all amenities. Coffee bean makes the best coffee. D’Uberville Contemporary does a cheap lunch good coffee, lovely environment. Pear tree and three wishes are good also. The Green is the best restaurant for that special night out. Sainsbury’s is 6 mins walk and Waitrose is about 10/15 minutes walk (at the top of town). Circus is a wonderful boutique shop and Biggie Best has excellent value interiors. The local Indian is good and Tamburino Gold does a good pizza and Italian food. Best pub is dingby tap (full of locals and cheap beer). All the above in easy walking distance. The train station is under 10 minutes walk with a direct service to London and Exeter. Taxi rank (called beaver cabs) is by the station. There’s 2 parking spaces available, one directly in front of house the other alongside the wall opposite house. Both are off street parking. All manuals for heating and appliances are in bottom draw in kitchen
