Parque Santiago I 62 - Two Bed

This two-bedroom apartment is situated on the Parque Santiago I complex in the Playa de las Americas resort in Tenerife. This first-floor apartment is laid out all on one level and has been fully refurbished. The living area is spacious and airy with 2 sofas. There is a flat-screen satellite TV including English and international channels. Patio doors lead out onto the double balcony which has been furnished with a patio table and chairs. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, extractor fan, tall fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster, and kettle, as well as a breakfast bar and stools. The master bedroom has a king-size double bed, bedside tables, lamps, and patio doors leading out onto the double terrace. The second bedroom has 2 single beds with a bedside table and lamp. Please note that the 5th and 6th person can be accommodated on z-beds. The refurbished bathroom has a walk-in shower, wash hand basin, and WC. There is also a security safe in the apartment for guests to use. Guests may use the sun loungers around the pool, but a small charge may apply. If wifi is required we have wifi routers available for hire. Please ask us if required.
