The apartment comes with three bedrooms (2x queen beds and 1 single bed), a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, a seating area with a sofa, and 1.5 bathroom with shower. A fridge and an oven are also available. Personal car rental service is available and easily arranged with the owner. The apartment is located in the heart of Sakanat el Maadi, very close to all sorts of service shops and restaurants. Ground floor with a ramp in the gate entrance makes moving very easy. The apartment is very cozy and quiet. Guests have access to all accessories provided in the apartment. I am always reachable through phone or (Hidden by Airbnb) . Simple translation, interpretation can be provided throughout the stay. Extra transportation services can also be arranged. Friendly attitude! The neighborhood is very quiet in general with a small number of expat community around. Very animal friendly. Close to NIle Corniche, Autostrad and Ring Road; easy access, walkable distance to all service shops and restaurants. Driving distance from the airport takes approx 40 mins. Uber is very easy 7 minutes walking distance from Sakanat Maadi Metro station cabs and other forms of public transportation are also easily accessed No mixed gender for locals
