There is exclusive car parking for 10 cars at front, and further on street parking Key holders and management staff are available nearby, but a keylock is also there for 24/7 late access and departure. The landlord will take phonecalls generally between 7am and 10pm every day including weekends. There is on site car parking for 10 vehicles plus further parking on street, plus gated (lockable) cycle/motorbike access to an internal railed courtyard. The premises is on the Trevithick Trail, a walk/cycle trail which goes north to Brecon (30 miles) through Merthyr Vale (5 miles), and south to Cardiff (20 miles) through Pontypridd (7 miles). ZipWorld Tower complex is 30 minutes by car. All windows and external doors are capable of being shuttered (electric or manual steel shutters). Although we would not recommend closing every shutter when anyone is inside the building to ensure easy emergency accesss, nevertheless it means the facility is extremely secure.
