Forest Edge is a quaint homestay with with all modern amenities in Sairopa, a village in the Tirthan Valley.The river’s gentle gurgling & the birds chirping is what guests wake up to.You could either laze around or go for a short trek to the Waterfall.If Trout Fishing is your thing, you are at the right place!NOTE: Listed tariff is for a room on double occupancy basis per day. --Five independent Rooms that are a blend of modernity and traditional architecture. All themed around our favourite books. --All rooms have independent sitting spaces. --A spacious gazebo that is open on all side making sure that you can see the mountains and hear the river as you sip on coffee. --A well stocked library --A well equipped kitchen with trained staff. We offer Himachali, North Indian, Indo-chinese, pasta , pizza and absolutely delicious momos. --Ample, private parking space --Provision for bonfire (chargeable) --Open spaces for guests to lounge in the sun. The Forest edge is a happy mix of a dream, a home and a comfortable holiday getaway. We hope to see you there! The entire property is accessible to the guests, except the small room at the back which is our private room. After working in the private sector for ages, I finally quit and followed my dreams of being in the mountains. Our home in Tirthan Valley is a shared dream that we'd like others to be apart of. We shuttle between Tirthan and Delhi but the home here is very well looked after by our team. We are based in a village. Our neighbors are Kannu and kashi Ram - truly warm people. On any morning you can see Smoke curling out of Kannu's home while his wife tries to shoo the stray cattle out of their fields! You can also spot some birds trying to steal fruits and seeds from their trees! We have a spacious parking and the local bus stops right outside the gate if you wave! So availability of public transport is not an issue here. Taxis can be arranged if needed. Facilities like trout fishing, trekking, taxis are all chargeable by the service providers. These are not provided by us but we can arrange it for you. The prices are not decided by us but the locals and are not included in the package.
