Stylish & Cozy North Beach Bungalow

The whole group will enjoy this spacious & stylish beach retreat! North Beach Bungalow is centrally located to the best in casual and fine dining, shopping, local attractions, as well as beaches and parks to take in the natural beauty of the area. An easy 10-minute walk will put you right at the shores of the Chesapeake Bay where you can enjoy North Beach's 7 blocks of waterfront and half-mile boardwalk and bike path. North Beach Bungalow is a two-level stylish and cozy beach retreat, with 4 bedrooms that sleep up to 8 guests, 2 full bathrooms, a full-sized kitchen with stainless steel appliances and lots of amenities, including a wine fridge, coffee and tea station, air fryer, waterfall island/bar seating for 4 & more! Queen sized beds and flat screen TVs in every bedroom, large stand-in showers in the bathrooms, a giant 70-inch flat screen TV with cinema-quality sound bar in the living room, a gas grill for our guests' use, & the list goes on! We know that finding pet-friendly accommodations can be difficult. Save your pups the stress of being left behind and bring them along for the adventure — just let us know first. If your pup is not 100% potty trained then our house is probably not a good fit — sorry! --Please make sure your pup is washed and free of ticks & flees before you arrive, and help us control fur and dander by keeping your pup off the furniture. --Dog waste bags are located on the fence adjacent to the mailbox for your use. --You are responsible for any damage your over-enthusiastic pup incurs (e.g., marking, chewing, scratching). Any excessive cleaning required after you check out will result in an extra cleaning fee. --Calvert County's leash law requires all dogs to be leashed when they are off the owner's property. The front of our home is not fenced in so for everyone's peace of mind we ask that you leash your pups anytime they are outdoors — on or off the property. --In North Beach, dogs are not allowed on the beach adjacent to the Welcome Center but they are allowed on the boardwalk (on a leash, of course). There are however a few dog friendly beaches just a short drive away. Space for two vehicles is available in front of the house. Please do not park directly in front of or block a neighbor's house or driveway. The house is accessible through the front door via keyless entry. The code will be sent prior to check-in. We will likely not interact in person during your stay, but we are available if needed. North Beach Bungalow is situated on a quiet street with little traffic. Our neighbors are nice people so we try to repay their kindness by asking our guests to keep noise at a respectable level. North Beach Bungalow is an easy 10-minute walk to restaurants, shopping, and the town's beach, boardwalk, and bike path. You can drive to local attractions like the Chesapeake Beach Water Park, Rod 'N' Reel Resort, and more beaches and parks in minutes! We have provided basic amenities including fresh towels, toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, body wash, coffee & much more. Bring your luggage and be ready to enjoy your stay. But first, don't forget to pack the following: --Beach towels and sunscreen. If you plan to visit the local beaches, please bring your own beach towels. Please do not use our bath towels. Don't forget your sun protection! --Toiletries. Shampoo & body wash are provided but don't forget to pack your own personal items. --Groceries. You will have full use of the kitchen during your stay. Some condiments are available but you are invited to stock the kitchen with your own food and snacks to enjoy.
