The Nice Place

The vacation home is situated at a location 5 minutes walking distance from the sea. It has an amazing sea view, ideal for transforming your moments. The fruit trees around the house also offer a unique opportunity to experience, and taste, nature at its best. Within a 10 minute distance you can find traditional picturesque fish taverns and supermarkets amenities. The sea-site combines both water sport activities and private beaches, especially when it’s not high season. The area is usually preferred by cyclists, swimmers and triathlon athletes who take the advantage of the great Cyprus weather in order to train. The peace and quiet and the surrounding environment also an escape from the busy everyday schedule. The visitors can access all the areas of the house inside and outside. Since I live far away from the place I won’t be interacting with the visitors a lot, but in case they need anything they can contact my sister who lives at the house nearby. Two arrive it takes only 20 minutes by the car from Larnaca Airport. The distance from the capital city, Nicosia and from the vibrant city Limassol, is 35 minutes by car. By car, motorbikes, by bicycle, by bus. The place is more suitable for visitors who have a car, since the public transportation in the area and in Cyprus in general is too slow.
