Quiet, Charming 1 Bedroom Apartment

This is a single story apartment complex built in the 50's. It has been in our family for over 4 decades and 3 generations. It is a quiet, quaint complex with hardwood floors, bright casement windows, and plenty of space for a single or couple. This over 500 square ft apartment is in the college neighborhood and less than 1/2 mile to the center of downtown. It is also easy access to the freeway. It has a queen bed in the bedroom, large couch in the living room and small eating table in the kitchen nook. Comes with a fridge, stove, oven, microwave and cooking/eating utensils. TV connect to wireless internet via Roku. Hardwood floors in bedroom and living room & tile in bathroom and kitchen. Electric wall AC unit is used for cooling and Gas floor furnace is used for heating. There is a TV, that is connected to the internet through Roku. If you have a Netflix account you can enter it to stream content or use any other streaming device to watch content on the TV via the wireless internet. The apartment is completely yours. There are shared yards in the front and back of the apartment. I actively manage the apartment complex and am regularly around. You will have my cell phone and I am available at any point. This apartment is a half block away from the Modesto Jr. College in one of the older, more established neighborhoods. It has beautiful, old trees lining the streets and a new activity trail a stones throw from your front door. Although it is in this established neighborhood, it is a quick walk to the center of downtown where all the great eating and entertainment is. Enjoy! There is a city and county bus stop a block away. The main bus station is 1/2 mile away in the center of downtown. Uber & Lyft are available in Modesto. If you have a pet you would like to bring, please let me know at the time of booking. I generally allow guests to bring their pet, but I will charge according to your length of stay and pet type. At a minimum there will be an additional cleaning fee of $40. This cleaning fee also applies to service animals. Because we are within several blocks of the college there are certain times that street parking can be an issue. I do have free, off-street parking that can be used at anytime.
