With a private entrance, Free street parking, AC, double shower, smart TV, Bluetooth speakers, King bed + Queen sofa, outdoor bath & all appliances inc washing machine. 5km to the Grange Racecourse 7.7km to Nan Tien Temple 15km to Wollongong Beach Villa on Emila has a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances: Gas cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, full size fridge, toaster, kettle, pots and pans, glasses, cutlery and crockery. Watch the latest movies on Netflix, listen to your fav tunes through the Bluetooth speakers built into the ceiling. All linen is provided and the convenience of a combo washer/dryer machine (laundry liquid provided) and iron/board. The bathroom has dual showerheads and our signature pink feature tiles, last but not least you can sit back and relax in the huge round outdoor bathtub and watch the sun set behind the mountains. This guest suite is attached to a main house that is separately tenanted, a lock box will be provided upon arrival to collect the key. Our number will be provided if you have any additional needs. As we are located in a new estate it’s possible that you may hear some construction noise around us during your stay. We hope our space and beautiful views of the surrounding farmland and the escarpment makes up for any inconvenience!
