Ours is a Family Managed Bed and Breakfast Home Stay. We have a Double Rooms with Twin Beds which could be put together if needed. Each room has an attached Bathroom with Hot and Cold water. We have Free WiFi available. Also we have two cute pet dogs Two Double Rooms with Twin Beds and One Family Room with a Double Bed and a Bunk Bed with Air Conditioning and attached bathrooms with Hot & Cold water with free WiFi. Family run Bed & Breakfast Home-Stay with personal attention. Close proximity to the City Center, Park, Shopping Center's, Temples, Churches, Main Bus and Train Stations. Very close to Royal Golf Club. Airport Transfers and Tours arranged at very competitive rates. Thirty minutes drive to the airport on the Expressway. Young Travelers to elderly couples would love our home-stay. The entire house will be for them. No restrictions. No cooking facilities. We treat them like our family. We always make it a point to be at home when they Check In and Check Out. So we would appreciate our guests to inform in advance their approximate time of Check In and Check Out. Our usual time of Check In is at 12.00 noon and Check Out at 10.00 AM. We too live in the same house. We have two pet dogs at home. So if anyone doesn't like dogs our Home Stay is not the best for them. There are very good restaurants ( Sri Lankan, Italian and Chinese) in close proximity. The best departmental shop in Sri Lanka "Odel" is walking distance and House of Fashions and Lady J. It's walking distance to the International Cricket Grounds, the famous Victoria Park now known as Viharamahadevi Park and Campbell Park. Very near to the Royal Golf Club. We can provide you with Airport Transfers in an air conditioned car. Airport pick up would cost US$ 25.00 (Maximum three passengers) and if it's more than three passengers, it would cost US$ 30.00. Airport drop would cost US$ 20.00 (Maximum three passengers) and for more than three it would cost US$ 25.00. We can arrange vehicles with an English Speaking Driver / Guide for tours. US$ 50.00 per day all inclusive. Minimum one week tour. For short trips from our Home Stay Tuk Tuk or a Bus is very convenient to get. Hop on to the road and you can find one. We are very near (04km) to the Central Bus Stand and to the Main Railway Station. We arrange Tours and Hotel bookings for a very nominal rate according to their budget. The drivers we provide are English Speaking, Licensed Tour Guides.Our vehicles are all new and fully air-conditioned.
