Tippys En-suite modern room near beach and shops

Family run house by Barry and Mirela. We have a daughter and cat, (they never get in the guests rooms) so we are also kids and dogs friendly and can offer baby watching and dog sitting on request. Extra toddler cot or single air mattress for one child can be added in the room on request ROOM FOR ONLY 2 ADULTS AND ONE baby/CHILD IF NEEDED. we don't offer breakfast, only tea/coffee facilities in the room There is tea and fresh coffee making facilities in the room along with a smart TV with access to Netflix and internet to connect your phone to it only. Please be aware we don't have terrestrial tv channels. If you would like to bring a dog, please ad him as an 3rd extra adult or child as we charge extra for that. (as if you are 2 adults, the 3rd is extra ). Fresh light and modern double room . Private bathroom . Only few mins walk to town and beaches . Around 5 minute max walk to Great Western beach . Shops and restaurants only few minutes away. 2 min walk from Newquay Train Station. Please contact us if you are more than 2 adults in advance of booking. We have 2 extra double rooms that share a WC and Bathroom to book here. Only rented room Although we live in the house we will stay out of your way but also we are very sociable and happy to chat. Parking is free on surrounding streets subject to availability and time. However, there are several pay and display car parks within a three minute walk from the building. Check-in time 2:00pm – 8:30pm. Check-out time by 10:00AM (can be changed sometimes if needed)
