Private Room: A place within nature's lap

Private Room: Located at Royal Palms, Goregaon East; A very lively home within the nature's nest. Cool and breezy all day long. You would be able to relate this place to a secret hill station in the hustle bustle of Mumbai. If you are looking at noise and commotion, this place isn't meant for you as my place is located 15-20 minutes away from the city highway. You will mostly have the house to yourself all day long since I'm at work all day long. About the house - Its enabled with basic amenities to make your stay pleasant and futile. Kitchen amenities - Refrigerator, gas stove, mixer-grinder, chopper & microwave available. You are free to use the kitchen for meals and most importantly, clean up post use. Apart from that, there are a couple of restaurants where you can sit and have your meals. And you can also order food from home kitchen's which serve some delicious cuisines. You would be sleeping on a comfortable bed which can be converted to single or double bed accordingly. The room is very lively (as you see in the picture) and the area is not at all noisy. You will love this feature. The window oversees a lot of trees; fresh and natural. There's also a small balcony where you can sit and enjoy a nice cup of team in front of lush green trees. There is high speed broadband internet also available for entertainment. To summarize, I don't have a fancy place with amazing decor and stuff, but it's a simple place with basic amenities to make your stay pleasant. Also, if you're here on a Sunday and wish to play football, do carry your football shoes to enjoy an hour of energetic football session. Normally me and my team play every Sunday morning; sometimes there are exceptions. You would e allocated the private bedroom. I stay in the living room. I am a market researcher by profession and a football enthusiast & foodie by pleasure. While I'll be away for work all day long from Monday to Friday, I'm always a call away to help you out. If you need good places to eat and hang out, it'll be a pleasure to recommend a couple of them. A friendly neighbourhood with no restrictions as such. You can always wake up for an early jog around to feel the nature. No partying and creating nuisance. Auto-rickshaw, bus, Ola and Uber are readily available. My place is located 30 minutes away from the Airport and very close to Powai (25 minutes). Around 20 minutes to the Goregaon western express highway. And 20 minutes to Andheri east (Marol, Seepz, etc.) Car & bike parking within the premises aren't allowed, but you can park it outside the building (its chargeable by the people managing the pay and park) And lastly, unmarried couples not allowed!
