Loft in Rennes - private room

Lofty house with all the comfort just a 10-15 min bus ride away from city center. The place is 82 m2 with 1 bedrooms (the second one is used as an office) and a large living room which opens on a 20m2 private terrace. Kitchen fully furnished and equipped with all the utensils you need to cook extensively. The living room has a large and mightily comfortable L shaped couch, a dining table and everything you need to be comfortable. I'm usually around during the week although I don't spend a lot of time home. I'm happy to show you around the area on weekends if you're interested. The Mont St Michel, St Malo, Nantes, the Bretagne coast.. are not too far. Rennes is also nice to hang out, plenty of pubs and restaurants, concert venues. Culture is rich around town! Pretty quiet area. Close to all amenities and a quick bus ride to the center. Bus C5 takes you to "République" bus and metro station. Runs from early morning to midnight-ish.
