Αυτόνομο σπιτάκι με αυλή κοντά στη θάλασσα

"Spitaki" means "The Little House" in greek! Our little house is in Livadia, just outside the town of Ierapetra, Crete, Hellas. It is very close (250 metres) to a great beach that has been awarded with a Blue Flag 2021. The house is an independent and safe residence around 38 sq m and has a yard around 40 sq m full of colourful and fragrant flowers. The walking distance to the centre of the town is around 25 minutes. It has fields and houses around, and the neighbourhood is a quite place. Enjoy!
