Named after the rare river bird that can be seen wading and feeding at the water's edge below the hut, Dipper's Hut is light and airy and has a contemporary yet cosy feel to it. Inside, the living area includes a double bed, seating area, kitchenette with hob and fridge and a woodburning stove for those chilly winter nights! The bathroom includes w.c, oak washstand and large shower enclosure. The french doors from the hut lead onto a balcony area overlooking the meandering stream and gardens. A set of steps then lead down to the large patio area which includes a dining area with BBQ, seating area and wood fired hot tub (all for the exclusive use of Dipper's Hut guests) Dean Forest Retreats is an exclusive retreat consisting of two beautiful waterside properties set within the 3/4 acre grounds, both of which are situated well apart, enjoying privacy and space and benefit from their own hot tubs and outside dining areas. Shepherd Hut guests have their own large private patio area overlooking the meandering stream including a dining area with BBQ, seating area and wood fired hot tub. Guests also benefit from full access to and enjoyment of the island gardens and sun loungers and gazebo that form part of the larger Dean Forest Retreats ¾ acre grounds . The shepherd hut has its own parking place.
