We are conveniently located just (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) minutes to downtown Chicago & O'hare, with easy transportation via buses trains & expressways. This spacious place is perfect for couples, business travelers, solo guests, & families. Completely kid-friendly!! Offering board games, toys, mini crib, baby bath, and car seat if needed! Please just let me know prior to your arrival. Fully equipped kitchen to fit most of your needs. We also offer coffee and tea to start your morning right. The spacious living area offers a smart TV with access to Netflix and Sling. There are 2 bedrooms with queen beds and we have a queen pull out in the sofa in the living room. 1 of the bedrooms also has a smart TV. There are plenty of extra towels, sheets, and blankets in case you need them. We also offer a laundry room in the unit for your convenience. This unit is completely private with an entrance off the back with a nest keypad lock. We are also equipped with (Hidden by Airbnb) to make your time away that much more relaxing. Simply ask (Hidden by Airbnb) to change the channel on the TV, control the thermostat, lock the door or play your favorite music along with so much more. For guests with larger groups, we offer an additional Airbnb unit on the second floor that accommodates an additional 6 people. Entire apartment, back deck and shared yard. I am available via phone, text, email or in person. We will always try to be available to meet you at check-in to show you around and answer any questions you may have if you would like. If we are unavailable to meet, we will provide instructions on how to access the unit via the keypad on the backdoor. Friendly, safe and quiet neighborhood. For dessert don't forget to get some ice cream from Brown Cow. Being just steps from Madison St. you are walking distance to Starbucks, Counter Coffee, bakeries, Brown Cow, amazing restaurants and local shops like Jayne. Blue Line train is just a 5-minute walk which will take you downtown or to O'hare and 2 minutes to 290 expressway. We are pet-friendly, but there is a $90 extra cleaning fee (per animal) depending on the size. We also do not allow any pets on any of the furniture or beds please. Failure to follow this house rule will result in additional cleaning fees. All overnight guests must be approved in advance through the booking process and are subject to an additional fee as noted in the price. Other than approved guests, no overnight visitors are allowed.
