A cosy 1-bedroom apartment which sleeps 3 guests, located in Nea Michaniona, near the centre and just 800m from a blue flag swimming beach. The apartment has a modern decor and offers a well equipped kitchen, WIFI internet, air-conditioning & central heating, a comfortable open-plan living room/dining area, a bathroom with washing machine and a balcony. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a small apartment building in a residential area. The apartment is ideal for a small family, couple or friends seeking comfortable accommodation close to both the city of Thessaloniki and the beaches of Chalkidiki. The apartment is 50sqm in size, can sleep a maximum of 3 guests and features 1 bedroom with double bed (brand new bed and mattress, width is 140cm). A third guest can be accommodated on a semi-double sofa bed in the living room. The living room is fitted with a flat screen TV, an air-conditioning unit (which cools/heats the whole apartment) and has access to a small balcony with outdoor furniture shaded by a tent. There is also central heating with radiators in all rooms. There is a small kitchen which is well equipped for meal preparation and features a mini-oven with cooktop, refrigerator and coffee machine. There is a dining table with chairs. The bathroom features a shower and a washing machine is available within the apartment for our guests' convenience. There is free WIFI internet provided. There is plenty of free street parking in the area. A member of the team will meet and greet the guest upon arrival at the premises, complying with safe distancing and precautionary measures against Covid-19. The team member will hand over house keys and provide apartment specific information, such as where the hot water switch is, wifi access codes etc. We will be readily available to answer questions or provide further information and guidance to guests by phone, throughout their stay. All amenities are at close proximity, while the apartment is approximately 200m from the city centre. A blue flag swimming beach is 800m away. Makedonia international airport is 19km (20mins drive).
