"Free" - Cozy, charming, just renewed studio

This is a small studio that was just renovated Its comfy,neat,and greatly accommodates 1 or 2.Couch,bathroom small kitchen but fully equipped. Super well located,in heart of the city!near to all transport;3 min walk to metro. Weekly cleaning can be arranged at additional charges. THE STUDIO: This is a small "L" shape studio flat on the 5th floor accessed by lift, very convenient and very well located in Sheung Wan bordering Central. It has about 160sq/feet in size newly decorated and painted, functional and charming looking flat. We tried our best make use of the space available and made it feel like home and at the same time easy to handle on rushy daily bases. It is plenty of storage space so you can keep your belongings organized to make use of the space. Couch and Tv with Cable TV, computer desk, spacious wardrobe, vacuum cleaner for easy maintenance, practical and fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, fridge, blender, electric kettle, dishes and utensils, two portable stoves (you can always bring it to cook on the roof top). 2 sets of bed sheets, 2 small towels and 2 big towels. There are storage compartment boxes under the couch and the bed. There is also the building roof top with a nice table, chairs, an old couch (its a common area, but i barely seen anyone there) good to enjoy a meal, read a book or just chill under the sky :) TRANSPORTATION: Buses and trams everywhere to nearly everywhere, subway (3 min to Sheung Wan MTR station, 10 min to Central MTR), Airport Express link (10 min), Central Escalators (6min), Central ferries (12 min) and Macau ferry terminal (6min) all within walk distance. Amazing location. Soho is also a step away!!! Guests can (Hidden by Airbnb) me or call for references, suggestions or doubts :) I will be glad to help. Many restaurants, Cafes, plenty of laundry shops on the block, supermarkets (including international ones), fresh market, gyms, pharmacies... Pretty much everything you need for a pleasant stay. All nearby. Its a calm street but it can get pretty busy during lunch time on weekdays. The neighborhood is very very safe as is Hong Kong in general. If you are not into cooking you have many choices of restaurants around both asian and western food. Very short walk distance to all kinds of transportation to everywhere :) The desktop computer you see on the pictures will not be in the apartment. The office chair was replaced by a leather one.
