Bright and friendly looking 32 sqm holiday flat with separate entrance near the center of Landau (2 - 2,5 km), in a very quiet area. It is a cozy single room flat with kitchenette, corridor and shower bath. Inbuilt kitchen with cooker, baking oven, sink, fridge. Vis-a´-vis of the inbuilt kitchen in the bay is the dining corner (2 - 3 persons). The living / sleeping area contains 2 beds (can be modificat in a 2 x 2m doublebed, 1 wardrobe, 1 commode, 1 TV (sat.), a side table with 2 easy chairs. All rooms with central heating. Wlan available. Although the apartment is a souterrain, it is very light as it has normal windows staightened to south-west. A crib and a high chair for kids are also available. If needed you may use the washing machine and the tumble dryer (each 1,30 € / use) at the same floor. Of course the holiday flat is also let by my wife Marlis. We strictly respect your privacy but we always want to be cooperative and try to help our guests with words and deeds if needed. We live in a very quiet area and have a cultivated friendship to our neighborhood. Worth emphasising is our very familiar relationship to our neighbors in our twin house. Main station.: approx. 4 km Next railway station (west-station): approx. 2 km Next bus stop: approx. 300 m If it is not possible for us to welcome you personally you can get the key from the safe next to the apartment door. We will let you know the code 1 day before your arrival. Nearby is a bakers shop (unfortunatelly only open in the morningtime), cashpoint from the provident bank and a stationery shop with mail-administraiting center. A parmacy is also in the housing area. The next supermarket is approx. 1,5 km away. By foot it takes 25 - 30 minutes to the center of Landau.
