Bend O' The River B&B, Suite C

Unvaccinated required to wear mask. Our two story home has 3 rooms available UPSTAIRS for rent. This listing is for the larger room, Suite C. It includes king size bed, a sitting area, flat screen TV, private bath with a soaking tub and walk in shower. For the foreseeable future, we are practicing minimal contact. Enter through the front door, announce your arrival. I will direct you to the right room. Drinks and snacks on the loft outside your room which is shared with the other two rooms. Quiet, comfortable and a great place to relax after a day of hiking or tubing the Frio. Wide selection of reading material. Continental breakfast. Ice water will be supplied on request. Loft/landing sitting area with small fridge, Keurig, assortment of beverages. At this time we are practicing minimal contact with guests who are unvaccinated (masks required indoors). Outdoor porch/patio are available to guests. We prefer you do not bring coolers in the house. You may use the front or back porch to store your cooler. You are welcome to use the firepit but need to supply your own wood. We will provide you with fire starting equipment. This is our home and we are always around when we have guests. The B&B is on two acres, no close neighbors. We are 2.5 mi. from Utopia which has a small grocery store, PO, Library, thrift store, hardware store, cafe, coffee shop and an antique store. Two miles south of town is Laurel Tree restaurant. Highly trained chef does lunch and supper on Saturday only. Reservations required. AT&T is the only phone service. Lost Maples State Natural Area and Garner State Park are 15-20 mi. Both are extremely popular and will require reservations made well in advance in Summer and Fall. No public transit. You will need a car. Lost Maples State Park and Garner State Park are in close proximity. You will need a reservation to get in. Breakfast everyday except Sunday, continental. No pets. Owner has allergies to pet dander. No smoking inside and no firearms inside the house. Please leave coolers outside on the porch or in your vehicle.
