Great Location. SMALL! Main area is about 10’x15’. Kitchen has NO supplies. Shower, no tub. No TV. No toiletries. Minimalistic. Very very small studio with one queen bed (towels and bedsheets provided). This is for people that want a simple, clean cheap place to sleep in. Room darkening blinds to make it easier to sleep. Wi-Fi Provided. Free w/d in hallway shared with 3 other apartments - no detergent provided. Shower is CLEAN, though some rust marks around knob we can’t remove. There is no smoking or vaping of anything allowed. This is a single room, 100% private unit. The main room has an UNSTOCKED kitchen in the same space as the one Queen size bed. The main Room is only about 10’ x 15’. The bathroom is small, but in its own space (100% private just for you) - dated, but clean - nothing fancy. No tub, just a shower stall. No toiletries provided. Just hand soap, toilet paper and towels. This is a private unit. There is only a w/d in the common space in the hallway. The entry video provides more details. (Website hidden by Airbnb) This is a 100% self serve access through a code apartment. We will probably have no interaction with each other, although I am available for anything you need. Chestnut Hill is a gorgeous, upscale neighborhood in The City of Philadelphia. It is in the furthest NW corner of the City. It has two train lines that serve it. Chestnut Hill East and Chestnut Hill West. This apartment is right across the street from Chestnut Hill West (please use the crosswalk to cross). It is a very walkable neighborhood with shops and restaurants. The Chestnut Hill West train station is across the street and the Chestnut Hill East train station is about three blocks away and buses can be caught right in front. Uber and Lyft also service the area. This is also a very walkable neighborhood. Parking behind the building is $3 for 6 hours or and $5 for overnight. There is a SEPTA parking lot across the street for $1/day. Free street parking (read the signs!) with 2 blocks. This place is small and minimalist. Please ask questions if you have concerns before you book. There is NO smoking of anything. I’ve tried to really make sure you know what you’re getting into to avoid disappointment.
