Walking distance to two railway stations with regular trains into Central London and a short bus ride to DLR and the rest of bustling South East London! In addition to the amenities listed, it boasts of a delightful garden where you can enjoy your morning tea or relax over glass of wine in the evening. High speed WiFi with transport links nearby - a real gem. The house consists of a fully equipped kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, a bright living room with flat screen TV and 2 bedrooms where the second bedroom can also be used as a home office. Master bedroom has a king size bed and wardrobe as well as a portal air-conditioner available for guest use Whilst Central London is so close, there are plenty of green spaces to explore, including woods which is only 2 mins stroll and Greenwich park at 15 mins drive. It is also a short drive away from numerous attractions in Kent, the Garden of England. There are a number of shops, cafes, restaurants and takeaways in addition to a co-op within a walking distance from the house There is private parking on the drive way. We have 1 bike on site, which can be borrowed Great house for families and those who travel by car, as well as those who are looking for a quiet area Guests will have access to the entire house except locked areas. I will be available to assist at any reasonable time during your stay. It is a family friendly neighborhood with plenty of green space around (Has a beautiful park a stone throw away). You can either walk to Mottingham station (Approx 10 mins away), or walk 2 minutes to nearest bus stop, which takes you there. You can also take the bus towards North Greenwich (and from there to Central London) A20 and A2 are a couple of minutes away. M25 is about 15 minutes drive. Linen, towels, bathroom essentials as well as a hair-dryer will be provided Wifi password will be provided upon check in.
