This Family home has been fully renovated with all the modern conveniences comprising now of 3 bedrooms, (Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and Bedroom 3 has 2 Single beds), 1 large bathroom, main bedroom has an ensuite, 3 toilets, open plan modern kitchen, dining room and lounge room. All bedrooms have a ceiling fan. Linen and towels are provided along with other little extras throughout the house. If staying two weeks or more a linen change is done on a weekly basis at no extra charge. There is a large undercover entertaining alfresco dining area attached to the rear of the home, which includes a large outdoor table and BBQ for your convenience. A childs play house completes the garden layout and includes a table and chairs and kitchen toys to keep them occupied.(Portable cot and high chair available on request) A very big 4 car lockup garage fills the back yard and is available to tenants at an extra charge per night. The Garage hire is $20.00 per night, tenants must be staying the night at the property There is plenty of off street parking including the driveway and a paved area at the front of the garage.
