In the heart of the city, sheltered from the bustle of the Place des Lices, Place Saint-Anne and the Palais de Congrès just 5 minutes away, this entirely renovated complex based on a historic building is composed of seven luxury apartments. This residence has entrances secured by digicode making it possible to arrive independently. The apartment Salinger, with a surface area of 65m2, is located on the third floor without elevator. It has : A large modern and fully equipped kitchen including oven, dishwasher, induction hob, fridge with freezer and all small appliances (nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster...) as well as a central kitchen table where you can take your meals. A living room area with a sofa bed for 2 people, a large television and a sound bar. A bathroom with a large Italian shower, a dekton furniture and basin, an illuminated mirror with different functions and a towel dryer. The toilet is separate. There are two bedrooms, one equipped with a queen size bed and a bathtub, the other with two single beds. This accommodation can be coupled with the Orwell apartment in order to privatize the 3rd floor, allowing to accommodate up to 10 people. The double-glazed windows and the acoustic and thermal quality of the insulation during the renovation will allow you a very comfortable stays from a few days to several months. You have free Wi-Fi access and we provide bed linen, towels and tea towels. Your accommodation is clean and your bed prepared on arrival.
