Amazing view in the heart of Pythagorio.

Quiet neighborhood providing privacy in a newly renovated, double storey, traditional house with a wooden top floor in the center of Pythagorio. Private garden inviting you to enjoy a quiet night. Ample natural light and outstanding views over the village. Watch the sun rise over the Turkish mountains on the east and enjoy the majestic sunset over Ireon village on the west side of the area. The top floor has a large kitchen, air conditioning, dining and living room with extraordinary view over Pythagorio village and the Aegean. Go down the internal wooden custom made staircase to a single bathroom with a washing machine and dryer. Two bedrooms with separate air condition units, one with a queen bed and the other with a sofa pull out bed and lots of closet space. Guests will be greeted at arrival and at departure and someone will be available at all hours for any inquiries, directions or trouble that might occur. The neighborhood is quiet due to the house being midway of the well known 100 stairs running up the village amphitheatrical slope so. People with mobility issues would have difficulty staying with us .On the top runs the main street coming from Samos town. The port of Pythagorio is only 200 metres away with all shops, bars, restaurants, cafes and 2 beaches in close proximity for guests to visit during the hot summer days. We also probably have the best view for the fireworks show during festivities on the 5th of August! Due to being located in the middle of the 100 stairs, guests are required to walk up or down the stairs to access the house. Stunning views and privacy come with a cost :-) The bus stop is about 10 minutes walikng from the house, theTaxi plaza is approximately the same. There is a large parking area just off the main road over the house and parking at the bottom if you are lucky enough! Everything in Pythagorio though is in walking distance so you will have no trouble getting around our beautifull village and enjoying all it has to offer.
