A private Resort all the way .... Large , deep heated pool, hot tub , private bathroom with heated floor , king size bed, walk in closet , a/c, sliding glass doors which lead out to huge deck , also a full outside bathroom , Speakers throughout the home , bluetooth , wifi, full equpped kitchen , bbq, close to town and beach , very private home to share with owner, NO SMOKING or heavy drinkers, 2 max in the room . Please note this is my home so I want guys who will respect it. Private and relaxing easy place without the stress of home life and other guests . Entire home EXCEPT the master suuite. or if we hit it off then we all can hang out since I’m the only other person in the house small walk but close to town yet far enough away from the music and crowds of the town I do not want any parties unless its discussed prior . Party or event weekends tend to be at a higher rate.
