The bedroom has a queen bed. It has a full bathroom with a fully tiled shower and tub. The living room has a cable TV, a DVD player, couch, and sitting (Website hidden by Airbnb) is an outdoor patio space with a bistro table for guests. The space has beautiful hardwood floors and knotty pine walls. There is a central air and heat in the studio. The guests have full access to the studio apartment and outdoor patio space. I will not be present for the guests check-in, however, I am always accessible by phone and nearby in case needed. The guests will be able to collect a key for entering the apartment upon arrival. The neighborhood is centrally located in Lafayette, and is filled with live oak trees that canopy over the streets. Girard Park, the festival grounds for Festival Acadiens et Creole, is about 2 blocks away and is a very lovely walk. The University of Louisiana at Lafayette is also 2 blocks away and accessible by a lovely walk. Downtown Lafayette is about 10 blocks away and is also in comfortable walking distance. The Oil Center and Lafayette General Hospital are within 3-5 blocks. The are many restaurants and bars in a 0.5 mile radius. All of which is in comfortable walking distance. The Lafayette Regional Airport is about a 5 minute drive from the property. Individual cars are the best way to arrive at the property. Biking and walking is popular in this location. Bus stops are also nearby though do not run very frequently.
