The house has a great atmosphere with plenty of living space to share with other guests. The garden views from the kitchen and living areas are beautiful and the Al Fresco dining options are fantastic. This is my house next door to where I live and I can assist at any time. The bedroom is beautifully presented and in immaculate condition. Extra clean, quiet and elegant. Clothes hanging space, clothes drawers, bookcase, desk, lamp and all good clean linen and towels provided. Full access to every part of the house and outside decking and Al fresco dining areas. Monash Uni and all the Frankston Hospitals short walking distance. Frankston Train station 5 mins by bus or 15 min walk. Frankston Hospital 15 min walk or min by car. Freeways to City and Mornington Peninsula all close by. Quiet house, very clean and tidy. Warm in Winter and cool in Summer.
