SeaSalt, Seaview Retreat
Nestled up high SeaSalt is a haven ‘home from home’. The modern decor and beautiful views provide guests with a relaxing cosy atmosphere, perfect after a busy day of exploring North Wales fabulous countryside and coastline. (Website hidden by Airbnb) This semi detached house in Penrhyn-side village has beautiful country and sea side views. There is a drive (off road parking) which will fit one car. There is room for a second car directly in front of the house. Check in yourselves by using our key safe to maintain social distancing. The ground floor consists of a spacious entrance hall which has a coat and shoe rack for your convenience, with stairs and a handrail leading to the first floor. The first floor consists of two rooms. First of the two is the modern kitchen with all amenities, including: an electric oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and washing machine. The back door leads from the kitchen to a modest, private garden with table and chairs and gated access. There is a large lounge with dining space and balcony - all sharing the beautiful sea and countryside views. The lounge has a three seater sofa and one reclining chair, the perfect space for relaxing after a busy day of exploring beautiful North Wales. There is a door next to the lounge leading to the balcony with a small wooden table and two chairs for enjoying a glass of wine with some fresh sea air. The second flight of stairs leads to the second floor and the bathroom, with an electric shower over the bath. The Master double bedroom boasts the same stunning sweeping views. The second bedroom consists of two single beds. Upon arrival you can use the key safe to let yourself in. If you have any questions or need help with anything at all I am always on the end of the phone and live locally so I could pop round. Penrhynside is nestled up high, perfect for escaping the hustle and bustle after a busy day of exploring. The village has two pubs and a beauty salon within walking distance. A few minutes down the road is Penrhyn Bay which has two chip shops (one with a very good reputation!) a Chinese take away, a Co-op, local shops, pharmacy, petrol station and a highly commended cafe/restaurant. The Queens Head pub/restaurant is only a five minute drive away in the quaint village of Glanwydden. SeaSalt is set in a prime location with short drives to Llandudno (10mins), Rhos on Sea (6mins) Conwy (13mins) and Colwyn Bay (12mins) The A55 is a 9 minute drive away. Due to the location a car would be beneficial. The house is situated on the hillside down a steep hill. However, the nearest bus stop is a 10 minute walk away. Llandudno, Llandudno Junction and Colwyn Bay train stations are all under 15 mins away. SeaSalt is close to local walking routes, including Angel bay where you can see the seal colony and Penrhyn-side woods. The Great Orme is a 5 minute drive away. SeaSalt is a prime location for exploring Llandudno's Great Orme and Pier, Conwy Town and Castle, Snowdonia mountain range and the coastal sights of Angelsey. For the adventurers and thrill seekers, Adventure Parc Snowdonia and Zip World Fforest are under 40 minutes away. We provide all bedding and hand towels. Please can you bring your own bath towels.
