Perfect for students! Great neighborhood close to shopping, restaurants, Ballard Park, Natchez Trace, airport and 4 miles from hospital. Our guest house is attached to the carport, so you will have covered parking. (You'll be a few steps away from the main house.) Recently updated with plenty of natural light the space feels cozy and inviting. King size bed, futon, WIFI & Smart TV, fully equipped kitchen. Our family is very active and hospitable. Monthly and weekly stays are discounted. The original space was built in 1980 as a mother-in-law suite. We recently put fresh paint on the walls, added new carpet and updated the furnishings. The guest house has a great vibe and you'll quickly fall in love with it! The living room offers a Smart TV. The backyard is lovely with a very natural setting and plenty of wildlife and flowers. This is a shared space, so you'll often find us enjoying the area or doing yard work. There's a large deck, as well as a shared grill. There is no washer or dryer in the guest house. Guests will have the entire cottage to themselves. We are only a few steps away in the main house, if needed for anything. We respect your privacy, but we are here if you need us.
