Beautiful Penthouse on the Beach Near Rome

Welcome to Cabana Romana! Everything you need to relax is here. Enjoy beautiful sunsets, relaxing waves from the beach, or a delicious coffee- it's all here at Cabana Romana. All of the conveniences to make your stay unforgettable are here such as a laundry, kitchen, dishwasher, multiple outdoor terraces, and an incredible view of the beach. The apartment is newly renovated and features a large, modern spa-like bathroom, heating and Air-Conditioning, expansive outdoor terraces to take in the beach-front view of the Mediterranean Sea or enjoy a dinner al-fresco. Torvaianica is located in close proximity to many attractions and conveniences. The entire apartment is for you to enjoy during your stay. I will be available to respond via text/(SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) to any needs. I have family close by that can help in-person as well with any needs and concerns. Restaurants: There are plenty of fantastic dining options such as Talea (Restaurant and Pizzeria), Il Nido, Ugo (Italian Fare and Seafood). Convenience Stores and Supermarkets: There are several options nearby for food and groceries such as CarreFour Express (next door), Coop Supermarket (1 minute drive) as well as many other supermarkets. Shopping: Castel Romano Shopping Village is a 10 minute drive and features some of the top brands such as Salvatore Ferragamo, Gucci, Prada. Transportation: There is a bus stop 1 block away that has connections to Rome. Paid parking is available directly outside the building (EUR 5/day during peak season June-September 30) and free parking is 1 block away from the property. Driving is recommended to get around the area as the bus service can sometimes be spotty. Please do not move the furniture without asking first.
