The barn is beautifully updated and retains features including the original A frame beams and pulleys and offers spacious accommodation with a well-equipped kitchen and underfloor heating throughout with oak flooring. It has a large, private and south facing garden, perfect for enjoying the Norfolk sunshine. With local pubs, beautiful beaches, coastal resort towns and several historic houses all close by there’s plenty to explore. The Felbrigg has everything your family or group could require during your week away and we are following government guidance and cleaning measures for safe hosting. Generous open plan living all on one level: Lounge Area with comfortable seating including a sofa bed for short breaks/occasional use, flat screen TV with Roku stick, DVD, bluetooth speaker and WiFi. Dining Area with table and chairs. A high chair is available. Kitchen with electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave Bedroom 1 with a king-size bed and ensuite Shower Room with shower cubicle, washbasin and wc Bedroom 2 with twin beds. A travel cot is available. Bathroom with bath, shower attachment, basin and wc Fully enclosed garden with lawn, a large patio area, garden furniture and barbecue. Car parking for two cars in the driveway next to the barn. Underfloor O.F.C.H. Towels are provided, though you are requested to bring your own swimming towels. There is also an iron and ironing board and hairdryer. There is a reception area on the complex with shared washing machines and a tumble dryer. This is a no-smoking property. Please note: There is no lifeguard for the pool and children under 15 must be supervised at all times. No swimming alone. The pool has a booking system. Changeover day is FRIDAY in high season
