There is a small eatery just directly opposite N-Park Condominium a few minutes walk away. Alternatively, you can walk to USM and review the food options there. There are direct buses to different states of Malaysia from Sungai Nibong Express Terminal and even to Thailand and Singapore via these express buses. There are also direct buses to the airport and to Gerogetown only for 2rm per person. Queensbay mall is just a short bus ride or a grabcar away(4-6rm). 401E is directly behind the apartment. This bus goes directly to Komtar in Georgetown and the ferry terminal. The 401E going in the opposite direction goes directly to the airport. There is a discount code of up to 189rm off the listing if you are a first time user. Look for that link in other things to note. You will have to climb up one flight of stairs to get to the lift as this apartment is built on a slope so your access will start from level 3. Do check with me if you need carpark access within the building. I have only one parking lot and it might be taken up. This building is built next to a mosque that is the second oldest in the whole Malaysia. It is at least 285 years old and is considered to be gazette as a heritage site. There might be call to prayers from time to time. Take note of this if you are sensitive to noise. Some guest didn't report an issue, but I realised some are more noise sensitive.
