Two lounges both with leather lounge suites, main lounge is on the top mezzanine floor, which includes an extensive book and DVD library and games and on the same level as the Master Bedroom and en suite. The kitchen dining and smaller lounge is located on the mid level which opens up to an extensive deck and lawn area through huge double glazed sliders, located on this deck is the BBQ and a privatised spa with native plantings. On the bottom level are the other two bedrooms a queen and a double, these share a twin basin bathroom and seperate toilet, a small snug area which has a comfortable single bed, also the laundry which leads to the gravel driveway and clothesline area. You are able to drive right up to the house, bottom level to unload your luggage and provisions.. All three levels are joined by two small flights of carpeted stairs. The house flooring is carpet and tiles. There is a beach on either side of the house within easy walking distance from the house and both can be private with just one house either side that share the beach. Provided for guest use are 2 skiffs, a small clinker dingy and life jackets. There is excellent fishing within the bay with species caught blue cod, snapper, gurnard and gurnard, best fishing times are early morning or late afternoon. Please ensure that you bring enough provisions for your stay food, laundry powder, beach towels, toilet paper and personal items as the closest shop Okiwi Bay 1 hours drive way. Bins and bags are provided for your household rubbish, bottles and cans, this needs to be removed by you on departure, alternatively please leave $10.00 for rubbish removal.
