Please note that the outdoor pool is available from May to October! A unique cosy villa-house in a very nice setting with a swimming pool, surrounded by a huge own territory in the real landscape area of Cyprus!!! The house is roughly: -> 20 minutes away from the Larnaca International Airport, -> 15-20 minutes away from Larnaca sea coast, Makenzy beach (restaurants, bars, clubs), -> 30 minutes from Nicosia city center, and -> 35 minutes from Limassol city center. Photos are not enough to describe the huge area around!!! Come to enjoy the calmness and relax! As guests you will have access to everywhere around the house and outside the house. Facilities also includes a washing machine, dishwasher, air-conditioning, TV, BBQ area, sun beds, garden set and an outdoor dining. Free big private parking area is available as well! The villa is suitable for all ages. It's also recommended for small children since there is big green grass area where they can enjoy the nature or play different games!
