Gold Keys stays welcomes you to this Stunning, 2 bed luxury apartment. Located on Broadstreet / Brindley place it's right in the heart of Birmingham City centre within walking distance to Birmingham new street station, The Maillbox and The Bullring shopping centre. We know you’ll feel right at home with our fully equipped flat with all essential amenities, toiletries and a fully kitted kitchen, fast wifi and TV. A £200 security deposit is required to be payed prior to your stay and after your departure it will be returned to you within 24 hrs contingient on the apartment being left in a suitable condition. No parties or events are allowed on the premises. The building has a concierge desk and strict 24 hour security. If the security is called due to noise complaints, this will result in the security deposit not being returned. Many thanks! ❕HOUSE RULES: No smoking inside except for on the outside balcony ONLY. No excessive loud noise after 10pm. Balcony use is restricted to only 2 people after Midnight and noise should be at a minimum Should we receive any complaints from neighbours this can incur a charge. Please keep your guests to a minimum in adherence to the Gov.Uk Covid restriction guidelines. No parties are allowed. Only guests that have been declared on the booking are allowed to sleep in the premises. Please ensure you leave the property on time by 11AM & in a suitable manner to avoid extra cleaning/ charges. All rubbish should be placed in black bins provided. No drugs, balloons, or illegal activity is permitted on the premises. CHECKOUT Address for key drop off is the same as your key collection. Failure to return keys will incur a charge.
